4.4 Expiry and Forfeiture

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

Upon termination, any remaining balance (minus bonuses and disputed amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

6.3 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

If you wish to take a break from gambling, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. By submitting content to mafa8 (e.g., chat messages, reviews, forum posts), you grant mafa8 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content. You warrant that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 No Guarantees of Winnings

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that any unresolved dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
